90 Day Fiancé season 4 alum Jorge Nava and his now ex-wife Anfisa Arkhipchenko Nava divorced in December 2020, following their split in March 2020. Russian native Anfisa moved to the U.S. on a K-1 visa after talking to Jorge on social media. However, the couple's relationship was explosive from day one. Anfisa was called out for being abusive towards Jorge. Anfisa was also accused of being a gold digger who'd married Jorge for a Green Card.

Despite their arguments over money and love, Jorge and Anfisa were married - they appeared in two seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. While their journey was short, they became a memorable couple due to their extraordinarily troubled romance. As they navigated their unhappy marriage, Jorge was arrested in 2018 for marijuana possession.

Later, Jorge was sentenced to two and a half years in prison. While behind bars, Jorge’s life changed tremendously. When he was released in May 2020, Jorge weighed 133 pounds. By then, Jorge and Anfisa had gone their separate ways.

So, how did Jorge lose so much weight? He couldn't get bariatric surgery in the slammer (not that he expressed an interest in doing that) - therefore, he needed to slim down the old-fashioned way. That meant dieting and working out. According to ET Online, Jorge said that changing his eating habits was the most important thing. He explained the ratio between diet and exercise, stating that his weight-loss success was achieved via:

95 percent diet

So, exercise played a role (to the tune of just 5 percent), but restricting calories was the real secret. In the same interview, he revealed that after he and Rhoda had their daughter, he got a bit of a dad bod. There wasn't a dramatic change, but he did become heavier. Jorge stated that he gained:

“a little bit of daddy weight,”

To stay as lean as Jorge was upon his release from prison was probably an unrealistic goal, as his circ*mstances changed so much. He was free, and out in the world, there are temptations. If he occasionally has a treat or something, it's not that big of a deal. What's important is for him to stay on track in general. Since he's still very slim, he's clearly doing that.

Jorge went Instagram official with his new girlfriend on June 8, 2020. He posted a romantic picture from their hiking trip on the Devil’s Bridge trail in Sedona, Arizona. Unfortunately, that picture is no longer available as Jorge shut down his IG. Back then, before he deactivated his profile, Jorge tried to keep his girlfriend’s identity a secret. However, in November 2020, he revealed that she was having a baby. By April 2021, Jorge had welcomed his first baby with Rhoda. In March 2022, Jorge and Rhoda welcomed their second baby together. Jorge got married to Rhoda after their children, Zara and George, were born. Jorge tied the knot with Rhoda on July 31, 2022, in Clark County, Nevada.

In the Halloween post above, the couple look as though they're very in tune. Their two kids are so cute. When children are little like this, it's such a special phase. Parents are busy in the evenings and don't have a lot of time to fritter away on the Internet or whatever. Their kids require tons of energy. However, the payoff is so profound.

Above, the children are dressed up for the spooky special occasion - their baby son looks so cute in his tiger costume, while their daughter's all dolled up in a pretty dress that fits the Halloween theme. These memories are precious - the baby and toddler days are fleeting. Judging by the smiles on their faces, the parents love the family they've created.

Jorge Was Hitting Turbulence Again

While Jorge now has the perfect family, including two children and a loving wife, he did hint at family trouble recently. In March 2023, Jorge insinuated that he considered one of his family members an enemy. While Jorge’s Instagram appearances were few and far between, every post he added did seem meaningful. He re-posted a photo with a quote on his story - it read, “A Jealous family member is as dangerous as a [sic] enemy.” Jorge added that this type of family member is more or less a, “stranger.” Jorge was vague about the person he was referring to.

It's always possible that there's trouble in paradise. If so, that might explain why he deactivated his Instagram. However, as of this update, there is no proof that the couple are having problems. It's not inconceivable that Jorge was cryptically calling out another relative - it could be a parent, a sibling, a cousin...there aren't enough facts to say for sure. Since his romance with Anfisa (and their divorce) were messy, he has had his conflicts.

Jorge started his new business in January 2023. Although Jorge went to prison on drug possession charges, that didn't stop him from becoming a cannabis farm owner. Jorge had been wanting to return to his home state of California so he could work in the cannabis industry. He planned to move away from Arizona, as the state doesn’t allow recreational marijuana use. The 90 Day Fiancé alum has since shown his farm’s plants on Instagram.

Rhoda used to model and act - it's unclear if she got a lot of jobs in those niches, but she aspired to success in those fields. She doesn't appear to have any credits at Imdb, as per a quick search. However, that doesn't mean that she hasn't gotten gigs. Nonetheless, she is now on the mommy track and seems quite content with that.

As seen above, as per the photo added by 90dayfiancenow, she glows when she's with Jorge and her children. In the picture above, they hold a baby, and it's a such a nice photo. It's great that Jorge has figured out what's really important in life - family.

What matters most isn't Anfisa's greedy desire for jewelry - it's not reality fame either. It's the genuine love that people share. It can be families who share blood or friends - as long as the love is real. 90 Day Fiancé's Jorge has a bright future ahead and it's nice to see him happy.
